Annual Fundraiser and Community Event
The Musicpreneur Storhouse's annual fundraiser and community event, Lyrics on the Lake Songwriters Festival, hosted in Smith Mountain Lake, VA is held in June over Father's Day weekend every day.
The festival not only brings over 30 Nashville artists and hit songwriters to entertain attendees, but also using the power of music to pay it forward by donating a large portion of the proceeds to The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals of Central and Southwest Virginia.
Artist Advancement Program
The Musicpreneur Storhouse's Artist Advancement Program helps hardworking artists on the verge of success get to the next level of their careers by providing them with interest free micro loans. Artists who are approved for this program will be provided with a free mentor and a financial advisor in addition to the loan.
In Lieu of charging interest on the advances, all artists selected for the program are required to use their time and talents to serve a charity of their choice. Whether it is performing at a benefit concert, or serving food at a homeless shelter, all MusicPreneur Storehouse Artists pay it forward in some way.
*All artists also repay their loans over the course of a comfortable time frame agreed upon by both the artist and the storehouse.
Entrepreneur Advancement Program
The Musicpreneur Storehouse's Entrepreneur Advancement Program helps hardworking music business entrepreneurs grow their businesses by providing them with interest free micro-loans. Entrepreneurs who are approved for this program will be provided with a free mentor and a financial advisor in addition to the loan.

"Rize Up" Emergency Assistance Program
Started in 2014, and inspired by the journey of Matt Rizor, the Rize Up Program provides Music Industry professionals of all kinds with with funding for their needs during a time of crisis.

We meet you right where you are and help you get out of crisis mode so you can get back to creating and spreading music to the world.

Mentorship Program
We connect selected Artists and Entrepreneurs with Mentors in their field, who can help them get to the next level of their careers. While some Musicpreneurs receive loans with their Mentors, some dont need financial support, but can greatly benefit from having someone guide them along their journey who has been in their shoes before.
By supporting this program, you enable us to provide a free service to the Musicpreneurs, while supporting the businesses of the Mentors and paying them for their time.
Financial Education Program
We connect selected Artists and Entrepreneurs with Financial Advisors who can help them manage their funds in way that will help them grow their business, and make the most out of their money. While some Musicpreneurs receive loans in addition to a financial advisor, some dont need financial support, but can greatly benefit from having someone guide them along their journey.
By supporting this program, you enable us to provide a free service to the Musicpreneurs, while supporting the businesses of the Financial Advisors and paying them for their time.
